Reactive and planned building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, decoration, roofing, insulation, glazing, civil works, paving, tarmac and all other general building and maintenance works.
We have a mobile team of highly experienced carpenters, roofers, skilled operatives and general builders who have worked in Banks, Hospitals, Embassies, Government buildings, and in the homes of Ireland’s elite, so have excellent interpersonal skills as well as being capable of delivering quality workmanship.
We provide a 24/7 response, 365 days a year and provide one point of contact for all your maintenance requirements.

Contracts Division

Our team covers a wide variety of projects including Fit Out works to office, retail and schools, refurbishment and remediation, Hospital renovation, etc. Particular emphasis is placed upon delivery within budget and on-time. We are diligent in quality control and health and safety standards.

Over the last number of years, we have gained valuable experience in operating in the live environment. A recent example was the complete refurbishment of the emergency Department in the Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital in Dublin City.
